Allweather Wood Company, LLC. (AWW) is seeking an experience Production Manager for their treating facility in Loveland, CO!
This is an exempt position, the base salary for this position is $85,000.00 to $90,000.00. Your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic locations, skills, education, and/or experience. Allweather Wood is the largest producer and distributor of waterborne preservative treated wood products in the Western USA. Operating six wood preserving plants in California, Colorado, Oregon, Utah, and Washington, these state-of-the-art facilities enable year-round production of a variety of preservative systems, fire retardants, and wood species, including Douglas-fir, Hem fir, and Southern Yellow Pine. With support from two full-service distribution centers in California, Allweather Wood partners with home improvement retailers, lumberyards, and building material dealers to bring a full range of preservative and fire-retardant lumber and plywood products to market.
The Production Manager is responsible for overall production of the pressure treating business. This position will assist the Plant Manager in providing leadership and management to the employees as they learn aspects of the business. The Production Manager will ensure a consistently high level of performance in the areas of workplace safety and environmental compliance.
