We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Sawmill Product Line Manager for Douglas Fir, Hem Fir, and Pine Sales for our Scotia and Ukiah sawmills in California. This vital role will be responsible for effectively managing the sales and inventories of our Douglas Fir, Hem Fir, and Pine products. Additionally, the successful candidate will oversee stock transfers to our internal supply chains and focus on developing and expanding our customer base beyond California. This position requires regular travel for customer visits and trade shows, with a minimum of one week per month.
This position is onsite and requires regular, physical attendance. Successful candidates must be able to work in person, interact directly with co-workers and team members, and fully participate in collaborative, in-office activities. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this role.
This is an exempt position, the base salary for this position is $100,000 to $150,000 depending on experience plus incentive bonuses. Your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic locations, skills, education and/or experience. Please keep in mind that that the range published is the full base salary. We also offer a generous benefits package.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE: Lumber Sales experience specifically in Doug Fir and Green Timbers.

The Sales Product Line Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory efficiency, and supporting internal supply chain operations for the Douglas Fir, Hem Fir, and Pine product lines. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional with a strong understanding of the lumber industry and a proven ability to build long-term customer relationships.
