The base salary for this position is $100,00.00 to $110,000.00. Your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic locations, skills, education and/or experience. Please keep in mind that that the range published is the full base salary. We also offer a generous benefits package.
Allweather Wood is the largest producer and distributor of waterborne preservative treated wood products in the Western USA. Operating six wood preserving plants in California, Colorado, Oregon, Utah, and Washington, these state-of-the-art facilities enable year-round production of a variety of preservative systems, fire retardants and wood species, including Douglas-fir, Hem fir, and Southern Yellow Pine. With support from two full-service distribution centers in California, Allweather Wood partners with home improvement retailers, lumberyards, and building material dealers to bring a full range of preservative and fire-retardant lumber and plywood products to market.
The primary focus for the Sales Manager is to lead the regional sales team to effectively and profitably maintain and grow Allweather Wood and Humboldt Redwood’s market share for treated and redwood products. This key leadership position will be accountable for setting product pricing; determining goals and metrics; helping to manage aged inventory; motivating the inside and outside sales teams; assisting in the resolution of customer issues, including accounts receivable; and coaching and developing the sales team to maximize sales effectiveness. Assists in the analysis and development of customer programs and contracts and ensures all contracts are implemented and adhered to by both AWW/HRC and the customer.
