Allweather Wood Company, LLC (AWW) is seeking an experienced Director, Sales to join our sales team based in Washougal, WA.
The base salary for this position is $130,000.00 to $145,000.00. Your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic locations, skills, education and/or experience. Please keep in mind that that the range published is the full base salary. We also offer a generous benefits package.
Allweather Wood is the largest producer and distributor of waterborne preservative treated wood products in the Western USA. Operating six wood preserving plants in California, Colorado, Oregon, Utah, and Washington, these state-of-the-art facilities enable year-round production of a variety of preservative systems, fire retardants and wood species, including Douglas-fir, Hem fir, and Southern Yellow Pine. With support from two full-service distribution centers in California, Allweather Wood partners with home improvement retailers, lumberyards, and building material dealers to bring a full range of preservative and fire-retardant lumber and plywood products to market.
The Director of Sales will be tasked with achieving sales targets, meeting strategic objectives, and ensuring performance excellence by providing mentorship, guidance, and support. The Director of Sales will play a vital role in maintaining a customer-centric focus throughout all interactions, ensuring that customer needs are prioritized and met with exceptional service and innovative solutions. Customer site visits, events, entertainment, and collaborative engagements with the sales team will be key components of the role, emphasizing the importance of building strong customer relationships and driving customer loyalty.
