Mendocino Forest Products (MFP) is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our Sawmill Operations team Ukiah, CA!
The base salary for this position is $80,000.00 to $125,000.00. Your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic locations, skills, education and/or experience. Please keep in mind that that the range published is the full base salary. We also offer a generous benefits package. Relocation assistance is offered for this position!
The primary focus for the Maintenance Engineer Ukiah, CA Complex will be to work closely in collaboration with the current Maintenance Supervisor to improve, build out, and create the following maintenance functions:
The company objective is to manage and advise the maintenance team with deeper knowledge in the Sawmill operations and train with cross-functional and multidisciplinary expertise. The role is designed to manage and guide the maintenance team in support in the activities involved in maintaining and repairing equipment within the mill. Focus will be on providing plant-wide support to the manufacturing operations to safely improve the operations. You will apply principals such as Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Predictive and Preventive Maintenance (PPM) procedures.
