Allweather Wood, LLC. (AWW) is looking forSkilled and Unskilled Laborers to join our Flagship Distribution Center in Loveleand, CO. 




The Allweather Wood (AWW) pressure treated plant is a full-line manufacturing and distribution facility in Loveland, CO. Allweather Wood is an Essential Business and we  are expanding our operations. The facility specializes in Hem-fir products for the Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Utah, Montana, and Idaho markets. The Allweather Wood facility inventories over 8 million feet of Lumber, Plywood, and Miscellaneous treated items.

  • Keeps production areas clean and safe and assists in other areas of sawmill in a safe and productive manner.
  • Performs a wide variety of jobs and duties as assigned, with a high level of proficiency and accuracy
  • Ensure constant inventory flow in production by performing jobs in manufacturing or distribution facility in a safe and productive manner.
  • Check unit tags for accuracy
  • Barcode and tag units
  • Repackage and band units
  • Set stickers
  • Pull special orders
  • Keep area clean at all times
  • Work in specific areas of warehouse as needed.
  • Work in various departments as needed.
  • Willingness to work weekends and off shift dependent on market conditions


  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 months related experience and/or training; or one year equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred forklift license or ability to train to obtain license
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to read and understand instructions and memos and write simple sentences.


Physical Requirements: 

  • While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and communicate.
  • The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. 
  • The employee is occasionally required to smell.
  • The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. 
  • Specific vision abilities required by this position include close, distance, color, peripheral and ability to adjust focus.
  • While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, outside weather conditions, and vibration. 
  • The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles.  The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; and risk of electrical shock. 
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
  • This position requires eye protection, hearing protection, leather or rubber gloves, safety shoes, and hard hat.
