MRC is a leader in sustainable forest management. You will be responible for the oversight of approximately 115,000 acres of sustainably certified redwood forest. This a key leadership position for MRC!
You will lead and develop (along with the Director of Forestry) and implement MRC annual and long-term plans, forecasts, and schedules. This is an excellent opportunity to be a key leader practicing forestry with a high degree of environmental stewardship while operating a successful business.

The primary focus will include Timber Harvest Plan (THP) preparation, timber marking, road inspections, contract administration, and prescribed fire carried out under a wide range of weather and field conditionsacquires all local, state, and federal permits; and coordinate and administer contracts to achieve our land management objectives effectively and efficiently.
