Mendocino Forest Products (MFP) is looking for a dynamic HR professional to join our team! As an HR Specialist you will be part of an excellent HR team, which strives to provide outstanding professional support for a wide range of Human Resources activities.
The key areas of focus for this position are as follows; Manage Workers Compensation claims and effectively communicate between Workers Compensation carriers, employees, and other employer representatives. Assists with Benefit enrollments and determine employee eligibility. Coordinate and process medical and non-medical Leaves of Absence while maintaining compliance.
