Mendocino Redwood Company (MRC) is looking for an organized, systematic, and thoughtful GIS analyst to join our team of scientists and forestry professionals in managing forestlands with a high degree of environmental stewardship. The right candidate will be driven to provide excellent participation and leadership in developing databases and mobile applications to feed our centralized ESRI portal. Must be willing to learn or be knowledgeable of ESRI portal-based systems, authoritative centralized databases, and web-based applications through portal. Successful applicants will work directly with our Director of Stewardship; who, with her GIS team is bringing new technology and solutions to our forest management and forest science teams. Strong time management skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely is a requirement for this position. Passion for working through projects to completion is a must.
