    The Allweather Wood (AWW) pressure treated plant is a full-line manufacturing and distribution facility in Loveland, CO. The facility specializes in Hem-fir products for the Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Utah, Montana, and Idaho markets. The Allweather Wood facility inventories over 8 million feet of Lumber, Plywood, and Miscellaneous treated items. Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment.

    Allweather Wood (AWW) is currently looking for experienced Skilled Laborers to work with us at our Loveland, CO facility. To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required.     • Perform a wide variety of jobs and duties as assigned, with a high level of proficiency and accuracy;
    • Perform duties such as tagging and wrapping lumber
    • Check unit tags for accuracy
    • Barcode and tag units
    • Repackage and band units
    • Set stickers
    • Pull special orders
    • Always Keep area clean  
    • Work in specific areas of warehouse as needed.
    • Work in various departments as needed.
    • Willingness to work weekends and off shift dependent on market conditions



    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Minimum one month related experience and/or training; ability to train to obtain forklift certification.
    • Forklift Operators need at least one year revelant experience working in a Distribution, Manufacturing, or Building Materials handling environment.
    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and understand instructions and memos. Ability to write simple sentences.
    • Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
    • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form.
    • Willingness to work weekends and off shift dependent on market conditions
    • Specific vision abilities required by this position include close, color, peripheral and depth perception.
    • This position is repetitive and fast paced in nature.
    • The employee must pay attention to detail.
    • The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and occasionally exposed to high, precarious places and fumes or airborne particles.
    • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
    • This position requires wearing eye protection, leather/rubber gloves, safety shoes, and safety vest.

    Physical Requirements

    • The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
    • The employee regularly works in outside weather conditions. The employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is frequently exposed to wet or humid conditions and vibration. 
    • The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
    • Frequently required to communicate and occasionally required to climb or balance
    • The employee is also regularly required to sit when operating equipment.
    • The employee will be subject to varying weather conditions including rain, snow, ice, wind, heat and cold
    • The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and communicate.
    • The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds of weight and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds of weight.
    • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
