Humboldt Sawmill Company, LLC (HSC) is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to Lead our Sawmill and Power Plant maintenance team in Scotia, CA! Relocation help is available.
The key areas of focus for this position are as follows;
Supervises and coordinates the activities involved in maintaining and repairing equipment within the mill. Provides plant-wide support to the manufacturing operations. Works as part of a team to support the mill and safely improve the operations. Supports the mill effort to improve the equipment reliability by applying principals such as Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Predictive and Preventive Maintenance (PPM) procedures.
